The client was a manufacturer of designer brands of men’s clothing, shoes and accessories, reflecting the latest fashion and style trends. The manufacturer has a high competence in style and fashion, creates combined collections, so you can conveniently and quickly assemble a complete image.
🎯Goals
The goals for this project were determined before the work started:
- Promotion for 89 search queries (the client has selected several priority categories for promotion);
- An increase in search traffic;
- Filling the site with optimized content (including the development of an information blog on the site);
- Improving the usability of the site (evaluating the operation and convenience of the application forms on the site).
💪Work Performed
What work has been done?
- Technical optimization and improvement of the usability of the site;
- Improved structure. Category tagging has been implemented on the website for better promotion;
- A separate page with feedback from real users has been added;
- Links to the company’s social networks have been added;
- Cleaned 301 redirect on the site and removed 4x pages from the index;
- Filled with content;
- Topics selected and blog posts written and published on the website’s blog;
- Optimized content was written and posted on tagged pages within a category;
- Improved link profile;
- Acquired rental, eternal and crowdsourced links (crowdsourced links are left in reviews on thematic websites, forums and directories. This increases brand awareness among users and improves link building);
- Regularly checked and cleaned the link profile (with SemRush).
🏆Result
As a result of the website optimization for 8 months of promotion, we achieved the following indicators.
- Traffic growth:
At the start of the promotional work, the site had 3,495 visits per month. By September 2022, that figure rose to more than 7,640 visits. In the following months, the traffic also increased and by the 6th month, the number of visits reached 9,681.

- During the promotional period, there is a constant positive dynamics in the distribution of the promoted search queries.
In 6 months, 34% of the promoted search queries reached Google top 1-3. Initially, this figure was 13%.

In 8 months, 64% of the promoted search queries reached Google top 10. Initially, this figure was 26%.

89% of queries improved their positions in the ranking;
5% of queries did not change their positions;
6% of queries worsened their positions.
